General Fitness Workout

Tuesday and Friday mornings
(9:30-10:45 fitness class  11:00-11:30 exercise on chairs)

Exercise classes to music. Mixed ability – includes warm up, pilates and yoga style stretches, ageless aerobics, plus body conditioning – weights optional, finishing with relaxation.
Just turn up, pay as you go for £5 per session. Personal training also available.
